The King's Crusaders Football Organization
Founded in 2011, the Crusaders organization began as the Tristate Christian Football League (CFL). Today, as it has been since its inception, our organization is focused on raising up Godly men who will serve in their communities and beyond as they grow in faith, fellowship and football. We believe in hard work on the field, discipline in practice, Christian fellowship, mentorship, and continual self-improvement.
The King's Crusaders play competitive, eight man tackle football. Our organization fields both a Junior High and Varsity football team. It is geared for those who are homeschooled or attend private/public school but do not have opportunity to play in a positive, encouraging, Christian environment. Players from the Northeastern Indiana region are represented on the team. While many of our players are homeschooled, we have some players from local private and public schools.
The Christian Community Center of Harlan (CCCoH) in Harlan, Indiana has graciously partnered with the Crusader organization. The CCCoH is the location of our practice fields and our home games. We have a weight room for conditioning and a locker room inside the CCCoH building which is the base of operations for the Crusader Organization.
Our entire organization is volunteer! Our coaches volunteer their time to coach our teams and our organization is run by parents under the leadership of the Crusader Football Board. We encourage our parents and families to be actively involved in the organization. There are many tasks involved in running a football program and it would be impossible to make it all happen without the dedication and support of our coaches and families!
